By the way of using statistical and co-citation analysis, this article studies the literatures data provided by SSCI database ahout international HRM form 2001 to 2010 and explores the provided literature's Situalion .most influential important iterature and core journals in international HRM study field of the past 10 years.%运用来源文献分析和共被引文献分析方法,对SSCI数据库中提供的2001-2010年国际人力资源管理研究文献进行分析,探讨了近10年来国际人力资源管理研究中的来源文献基本情况和最有影响力的经典文献及核心期刊.
