基于耗散理论的欠发达地区低碳产业创新系统研究

             

摘要

Low carbon industry innovation system in less-developed areas as an openi complex system, with the notable feature of the dissipation structure and its nature of operation is an evolutionary process that tends to reach ordered form, and development from the junior form to senior form progressively. By the theory of dissipation structure, based on the studies on the entropy generation, the non-equilibrium and the synergistic effect of the low carbon industry innovation system in less-developed areas, building the dissipative structure model and determine the corresponding dissipation operating mechanism, which mainly included the"entropy reduction" mechanism, the nonlinear mechanism and fluctuation mechanism etc.%欠发达地区低碳产业创新系统作为一个开放的复杂巨系统,具有显著的耗散结构特征,其运行实质是一个不断趋向系统有序形态,并由低级有序形态向高级有序形态逐步演进的过程.依据耗散理论,在对欠发达地区低碳产业创新系统的内部熵增、非平衡状态和协同效应进行分析的基础上,构建出低碳产业创新系统的耗散结构模型,并明确其相应的耗散运行机制,主要包括“熵减”机制、非线性机制和涨落机制.
