科技型中小企业技术创新能力评价指标体系研究

摘要

A scientific enterprise technological innovation capability evaluation system helps the government and financial institutions to set up specific policies and measurements for SMEs. In order to scientifically evaluate the innovation ability of technological SMEs, this article creates an innovation capability evaluation system combining the existing technological innovation capacity of enterprises and potential ability to upgrade the existing innovation capability indicators based on the characteristics of fast development of technological SMEs.%正确评估科技型中小企业技术的创新能力,可以帮助政府、金融机构等制定有针对性的政策和措施.基于科技型中小企业高成长率的特点,从企业现有技术创新能力和技术创新能力提升潜力两个方面构建创新能力评价指标体系,以科学评价科技型中小企业的创新能力.
