创新是企业生存和发展的基础,而创新不是一帆风顺的,还伴随着一定的风险.创新型企业能否在持续创新过程中对其面临的重大风险进行有效的管控是决定其创新成败的关键.因此,构建创新型企业持续创新重大风险管理能力评价指标体系,有利于创新型企业客观认识自身的重大风险管理水平,改进自身的不足,促进持续创新的顺利进行.%The innovation is the basis of survival and development for an enterprise. However it is not easy, it is also accompanied by risks. Whether the innovation enterprise can effectively control the major risks exiting in sustainable innovation process or not determines the result of innovation. Therefore, the building of evaluation index system of innovation enterprises on major risk management capacities can make enterprises correctly assess their levels of major risk management capacities, improve their own deficiencies and make sustainable innovation proceed smoothly.
