新技术风险引发社会问题机理研究--一个理论分析框架

摘要

新技术引发社会问题的过程受技术自身及社会环境等众多因素影响。通过构建“二维两阶段”理论分析框架，探究新技术引发社会问题的机理。第一个阶段从“技术本体”和“人与技术交互”两个维度分析新技术风险的内在形成机理，构建“二维三点”研究范式，揭示新技术风险形成的内在机理，强调技术风险存在的必然性。第二个阶段提出技术风险引发社会问题的触发机制，探讨技术风险通过社会放大效应引发社会问题的作用机制，在此基础上，论证新技术风险引发社会问题的可能性。最后，通过案例分析验证了“二维两阶段”理论分析框架的合理性与有效性。%The process of social problems caused by new technology is complicated ,which is influenced by many factors in-cluding technology itself and the social environment .This work provides a "two-dimensional and two-stage"theoretical a-nalysis framework to explore the mechanism of social problems caused by new technology .The first phase of the frame-work analyzes the inherent formation mechanism of new technology risk from two dimensions :"the ontology of technolo-gy"and "the interaction between human and technology".Then we construct a paradigm of "two-dimensional and three-point" to reveal the mechanism of the formation of new technology risk and emphasize the necessity of the existence of risks in technology .The second phase of the framework proposed the trigger mechanism of social problems caused by new technology risk .We further discuss the mechanism of technology risk under the influence of social amplification effect and prove the possibility of social problems arising from new technology .Finally ,the rationality and effectiveness of the"two-dimensional and two-stage" theoretical analysis framework is proved by case analysis .
