近年来,有越来越多创新能力低的企业面临着原材料价格攀升、劳动力成本居高不下、竞争压力不断上升等诸多问题。因此,在巨大的挑战之下,如何通过履行社会责任来提高企业自主创新能力,成为企业走出困境的可行选择。利用结构方程模型分析发现,那些勇于承担社会责任的企业能够激发知识型员工高度的组织认同感和科技创新意识,在和谐的创新氛围下,积极参与企业科技创新活动和实践,从而提升企业科技创新能力,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中保持核心竞争力。%In recent years ,more and more low innovation ability of enterprise is faced with rising raw material prices ,rising Labor costs are high ,the competition pressures ,and many other problems .Under the huge challenge ,therefore ,how to fulfill the social responsibility to improve enterprise independent innovation ability has become the enterprise out of the di-lemma is not the way .This paper ,by using structural equation model analysis ,found that those who have the courage to take on corporate social responsibility of enterprises can stimulate the enterprise knowledge staff highly organizational commitment and scientific and technological innovation ,under the positive innovation atmosphere ,actively participate in enterprise's technology innovation and practice ,so as to improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of enter-prises ,make the enterprise in the fierce market competition keep the core competitiveness .
