基于熵权法的高技术产业破坏性创新能力综合评价研究

             

摘要

This paper establishes a linear-weighted comprehensive evaluation model to assess disruptive innovation capabili-ty of high-tech industry from the index system of input capability,output capacity and structural change capacity and ap-plies entropy method to determine the weight of each index.Based on the data of 31different regions in China from 2007 to 2011,the result shows that the disruptive innovation capability difference of China's three major region and each provinces is significantly great.Disruptive innovation capability of eastern,central and western regions shows a decreasing trend.in this three aspects of input,output and structural change,eastern is low-high-high,western is high-low-low,central is mid-dle.%构建包含投入能力、产出能力和结构变化能力的评价指标体系,运用熵权法确定各指标权重,建立了高技术产业破坏性创新能力线性加权综合评价模型。以我国内地31个地区为样本,选取2007-2011年数据进行评价。结果表明,我国3大区域高技术产业破坏性创新能力存在明显差异,东中西三大区域破坏性创新能力呈依次递减的趋势,在投入、产出和结构变化上,东西中部地区分别具有“低高高”、“高低低”和居中的特点。
