如何从创新中获取收益--Teece 创新获利理论的起源、发展和未来

摘要

自 Teece 以独占性机制和互补资产为核心建立了创新获利理论以来，大量研究的开展有力地推动了创新获利理论的发展。为了加深对这一重要前沿理论的理解，利用系统回顾法对 Teece 创新获利理论的研究内容、研究对象、研究情境、研究方法以及近30年的发展脉络进行了梳理总结，并指出了未来研究方向。%It has been nearly 30 years since TEECE(1986)established profiting from innovation theory (PFI for short)with appropriability regime and complementary assets at the core.A large number of subsequent studies have effectively promo-ted the development of the theory.In order to deepen the understanding of this important frontier theory,this paper re-views and summarizes the research contents,objects,situation,methods of TEECE's profiting from innovation theory and the nearly 30 years'subsequent development by using systematic review method.And on this basis,it also points out the possible development of future research,in order to provide suggestions for the directions of the follow-up research in this regard.
