湖北省“四化”同步发展水平评价与对策研究

摘要

On the basis of establishing the Simultaneous development evaluation index system mechanism among industriali-zation ,information ,urbanization and agricultural modernization ,the paper use distance Simultaneous degree model to eval-uate the level of Simultaneous development in Hubei from 2001 to 2011 .The results show that :in recent ten years ,the lev-el of "Simultaneous Development of Four Modernizations"in Hubei province has risen steadily .It has been in a harmoni-ous state since 2007 .Especially ,it is to achieve the high quality coordination stage in 2011 .Industrialization ,information , urbanization and agricultural modernization drive index are positive ,are driving factors of f "Simultaneous Development of Four Modernizations" .The industrialization and information drive index are higher ,urbanization and agricultural moderni-zation drive index are lower .Finally ,according to influential factors ,we put forward to promote the Simultaneous develop-ment of recommendations and countermeasures .%设置工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化同步发展评价指标体系，运用距离同步度模型，对湖北省2001-2011年“四化”同步发展度进行综合评价，并利用灰色系统模型GM（1，N）对湖北省“四化”同步发展的影响因子进行分析。结果表明：湖北省近十年来“四化”同步发展水平稳步上升，2007年以来处于协调发展状态，2011年达到了优质协调阶段；工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化驱动指数均为正，均为“四化”同步发展的驱动因素，其中工业化和信息化驱动指数较高，城镇化和农业现代化驱动指数较低。最后，根据“四化”同步发展影响因素提出促进湖北省“四化”同步协调发展的建议与对策。
