面向集团型企业的知识管控模型研究

摘要

In recent years ,with the expanding scale of enterprise and continuous complexity of corporate structure ,group management control has increasingly become one of the major common concerns of the academic and business .On the ba-sis of research at home and abroad ,this research finds that the theoretical basis of the previous studies are derived from the mainstream of the transaction cost perspective on multinational theories .No more from the perspective of company knowl-edge reproduction and ability to expand to in -depth analyze group enterprise knowledge control mode .Based on this ,this research proposes a group enterprise'knowledge management control model ,analyzes the relationships between group management control and knowledge management control and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model through the practice of the domestic and foreign excellent group enterprises .%总结国内外研究发现，以往研究的理论基础都来源于基于交易费用视角的跨国公司理论，较少从公司知识复制、能力扩展的角度深度剖析集团型企业知识管控模式。基于此，提出集团型企业知识管控模型，辨析了集团管控和知识管控之间的关系，通过国内外优秀集团型企业具体实践，验证了模型的合理性和可行性。
