关系沟通敏捷性与GDISD团队开发绩效关系研究:一个有调节的中介模型

         

摘要

以具有异地分布式信息系统开发经验的软件开发人员为研究对象 ,从技术敏捷性和业务敏捷性二元中介机制出发 ,探讨了关系沟通敏捷性对GDISD团队开发绩效的影响 ,并对具有异地分布式信息系统开发经验的269名软件开发人员调查数据进行了层级回归分析.结果表明 ,关系沟通敏捷性对开发绩效具有正向作用 ;技术敏捷性是通过关系沟通敏捷性提高开发绩效的可行方案 ,业务敏捷性在关系沟通敏捷性和业务敏捷性关系中未起到中介作用 ;开发方法越敏捷 ,关系沟通敏捷性对技术敏捷性的负向影响越强 ,进而对开发绩效产生的负面效应越大.%Choose the software development personals that have experience in distributed information systems development as research subjects ,from the view of binary intermediation :technical agility and business agility ,this paper explores the effect from communicative relationship-based agility to GDISD team performance .Based on 269 software developers with a geographically distributed information systems development experience survey data ,we perform hierarchical regression analysis .The results show communicative relationship-based agility has positive effect on development performance ;tech-nical agility is feasible options for communicative relationship-based agility to improve development performance ,business agility does not play an intermediary role between the communicative relationship-based agility and development perform-ance ;the more agile development method is ,the stronger communicative relationship-based agility's negative impact on technology agility will be ,and will have greater negative effect on development performance .
