对农民认知存在偏差、农民自身原因以及社区内技术扩散渠道不畅，是常规农业技术扩散模式存在的主要问题，阻碍了农业技术成果的有效应用。在以行动研究为导向的农业技术扩散模式中，农业技术人员与农民进行全过程的合作试验、示范，技术人员的固有认知、态度和沟通等方面均有显著变化；农民在土地增产、收入增加的同时，识别问题、选择和应用技术的能力得到提高，观念也发生了改变。基于农民在试验过程中的彼此合作，社区内技术扩散通道更加顺畅，扩散环境得以改善。%There are some major factors which hinder the effective use of agricultural technology during the routine mode of agricultural technology diffusion .The first factor is that there is a universal cognitive bias existing inside of agricultural technology researchers'understanding of farmers .The second factor is that farmers usually have their own issues .The third one is the unsmooth technology diffusion in local community .Action‐Oriented Agricultural Technology Diffusion Pattern (AOATP) can improve the status of these problems through increasing production techniques by means of the co‐operation between agricultural technology researchers and farmers .After the performance of action‐oriented agricultural technology experiment and demonstration ,some remarkable changes have occurred in researchers'inherent cognitive ,atti‐tudes and effective communications with farmers .As for farmers ,with their production and income increased ,their capac‐ities in problem‐analyzing ,technical decision‐making and technical application have been enhanced .And their opinions have changed too .Technical diffusion circumstance has been improved because of the cooperation among farmers in the process of technology experiment and demonstration .AOATP provides experience which can be reference for regional technology in innovation ,adoption and diffusion .
