国家高新区动态聚类分析及实证研究

摘要

20世纪90年代以来，国务院先后两次较为集中地批准建设了114家国家高新区。由于批建时间、政策扶持以及区域特征等方面的差异，国家高新区发展水平不尽相同，且同一高新区在不同年份的表现也不同。鉴于2007年前批建的54个国家高新区具有数据连续性和外部相似性，采用主分量分析方法构建模型，以2008年为起点对连续5年数据进行提取和分析，结合聚类分析方法，初步实现了国家高新区分类研究。%In the early 1990s ,The State Council has approved the construction of 114 national high‐tech zones two times . However ,there are differences in the development level of different national high‐tech zones and the performance of same national high‐tech zone in different years because of various time of establishment ,policy and regional characteristics .The paper focuses on the 54 national hi‐tech zones ,which were founded before 2007 since the data has good consistency .This paper does calculations ,analysis to the numerous datum ,then classifies the national high‐tech zones ,via factor analysis and cluster analysis .
