非营利科研机构技术转移网络治理研究--以德国弗朗霍夫学会为例

非营利科研机构在国家科技治理中占据独特的地位。以德国弗朗霍夫学会为例，阐述了非营利科研机构的技术转移网络结构和网络治理，分析了将知识产权战略实施贯穿于技术转移全过程的技术转移网络治理模式。%T he non‐profit scientific research institutions have unique status and roles in national governance of science and technology .This paper expounded the network structure and network governance of technology transfer of non‐profit sci‐entific research institutions and analyzed the implementation of intellectual property strategy in the w hole course of tech‐nology transfer based on the example of network governance model of technology transfer of Faunhofer Gesellschaf in Ger‐man .
