我国制造业技术标准化与技术创新互动效应--基于9类细分行业的实证研究

摘要

基于1995－2012年我国9类细分制造业数据，运用面板数据模型检验行业标准化进程与技术创新水平之间的互动效应。结果表明，9类制造业总体以及航空航天、有色金属、纺织、电子通信设备、计算机办公设备、医药制造行业均呈现二者相互促进的关系，但在化工、机械、医疗设备仪器仪表制造行业中，二者之间表现出一定程度的单向抑制，其中行业内技术创新低端化、技术标准化滞后性为重要诱因。%Based on China's manufacturing industry data w hich is specialized in 9 categories from 1995 to 2012 ,this paper tests the interactive effect between industry standardization process and technical innovation level with the panel data mod‐el .The results show that industry standardization process and technical innovation level are mutual promoting in general terms ,including industries of aerospace ,nonferrous metals ,textiles ,electronic communication equipment ,computer e‐quipment used in office and pharmaceutical manufacturing .How ever ,in the chemical industry ,machinery ,medical equip‐ment and instrument manufacturing industry ,they show a certain degree of single inhibition ,w hich is mostly caused by the low level of technical innovation and the lag of technology standardization .
