云创新是一种利用云计算等先进技术而进行的管理创新或商业模式创新，其已成为当下学术界和企业界研究的热点。借鉴前人研究成果，通过对国内外部分云创新案例进行分析，探讨了云创新特征，划分了云创新类型，并对不同类型的云创新运作流程进行了描述，从组织架构、决策模式和内部控制3个方面研究了云创新对企业管理的影响。最后，从明确云创新需求、塑造适合云创新需要的环境两个方面对当前云创新实践提出了相关建议。%Cloud innovation is a kind of management or business model innovation by advanced technology such as cloud computing.It becomes an inevitable issue for enterprise and academia.Reference to previous research results,this article analysis partial cloud innovation cases at home and abroad,discusses the cloud innovation characteristics,divides the cloud innovation type,discusses the different types of cloud innovation operation process through the graphic method,and then, study the impact of cloud innovation of enterprise management from organizational structure,decision-making mode and internal control,at last,puts forward some suggestions for the current cloud innovation practice from specific cloud inno-vation requirements,make the environment suitable for cloud innovation requires.
