合伙人特征对科技型小微企业创新能力的影响--来自珠三角科技型小微企业的数据

摘要

以188份科技型小微企业为样本，采用高层梯队理论分析合伙人团体特征对科技型小微企业创新能力的影响。实证研究结果显示，合伙人教育背景和行业经验的异质性对科技型小微企业创新有显著正向影响，合伙人年龄、受教育程度和管理经验对小微企业创新能力的作用不明显。%Based on the Upper Echelons Theory on Creativity ,this paper analyzes the impact of the Partner's characteristics on the entrepreneurial innovation competency by using the survey data from 188 Technology‐Based Small Micro Enterpri‐ses .The empirical results show that the educational background heterogeneity and industry experience heterogeneity of Partners have a significant positive effect on the innovation capability ,but the average age ,the level of education and man‐agement experience of Partners doesn't have an obvious positive effect .
