创业行为与创业意愿影响因素实证研究

摘要

Based on a literature review ,this paper established a model of factors influencing entrepreneurial behavior and willingness with 15 variables including basic characteristics ,education background ,social support ,entrepreneurial ability , etc .By conducting an empirical study of data about Tsinghua University alumni who graduated between 2000 and 2010 , this paper analyzed the key factors influencing entrepreneurial behavior and willingness .Analysis shows that factors influ‐encing entrepreneurial behavior include academic achievement ,the year for highest education qualification ,cross‐industry background ,neighbor's entrepreneurship and salary for the first job .Entrepreneurial willingness is mainly influenced by the year for highest education qualification ,cross‐disciplinary background ,father's education background ,neighbor's entre‐preneurship and entrepreneurship density of social relations .Based on the results obtained from the empirical study ,targe‐ted policy suggestions w ere put forw ard .%在综述国内外研究的基础上，构建了涵盖基本特质、教育背景、社会支持、创业能力等方面共15个变量的创业行为与创业意愿影响因素模型，并通过对2000—2010年毕业的清华大学校友创业调研数据进行实证分析，研究了影响创业行为与创业意愿的核心因素。研究表明，影响创业行为的因素主要有学习成绩、获得最高学历年份、交叉行业背景、邻居创业及首份工作收入水平；影响创业意愿的因素主要有获得最高学历年份、交叉学科背景、父亲学历、邻居创业及创业社会网络密度。基于实证分析结果，提出了有针对性的政策建议。
