互联网商业模式价值创造驱动因素研究

         

摘要

互联网正在冲击着传统商业活动,但很多互联网企业却并未在互联网商业浪潮中崛起。研究了平台、社会化、定制、锁定、专注和技术等因素对于企业价值创造的驱动作用,运用层次回归分析法对互联网上市企业进行了实证研究。结果发现,社会化、定制、锁定和专注对于企业价值创造有显著正向影响,但平台和技术不能更好地促进企业价值创造。%Internet has been impacting the traditional commercial activities,however plenty of Internet enterprise did not rise up in the wave of the internet business.Firstly,this paper theoretically analyzes the effects of six factors on enterprise value creation,which is socialization,platformization,customization,lock-in,concentration,technicalization?,and then carries out empirical research on the Internet business model by hierarchical regression analysis method for listed enterpri-ses,explores the driving effect of six factors on enterprise value creation,finds out that the socialization,customization, lock-in and customization have significant positive influence on the enterprise value creation,but platformization and tech-nicalization can better promote the enterprise value creation.This paper complements the Internet business model theory research and provides theoretical reference to the start-up business and traditional enterprises in the transformation process.
