成人玩兴与员工创造力作用机制研究--时间管理倾向的调节效应

摘要

T his paper analyzes the research literature on the adult playfulness ,focusing on the individual perspective intro‐duced psychological inputs as a mediating variable ,and lead time management disposition as moderating variable ,build a model of the impact of adult playfulness on creativity .Based on the data of 468 employees samples analysis results show that ,adult playfulness has significant positive influence on employees'creativity ,psychological inputs has partial interme‐diary effect betw een employees'creativity ,and time management disposition play a moderating role the relationship be‐tw een adult playfulness and employees'creativity .%通过对成人玩兴相关文献的整理分析，聚焦于个体视角，引入心理投入作为中介变量、时间管理倾向作为调节变量，构建了玩兴特质对创造力影响的整合模型。对468个企业员工样本的数据分析结果表明：玩兴特质对员工创造力具有显著正向影响；心理投入在玩兴特质与员工创造力之间起到部分中介作用；时间管理倾向在玩兴特质与员工创造力之间发挥调节作用。
