家族企业代际传承中关系网络异化影响因素研究

     

摘要

家族企业接班不仅是有形所有权与管理权的传递,还是无形的企业家关系网络的传递.运用扎根理论,挖掘深度访谈数据资料和文献总结信息,构建了家族企业代际传承中关系网络异化影响因素多维度概念结构模型,分别是"家族矛盾"、"核心人员关系"、"接班人引导机制"、"企业成长"、"高管团队的稳定性"、"关系网络的异质性"、"泛家族文化"和"与政府的交往能力"8个范畴.然后借助多家家族企业260名中高层管理人员以及家族人员的样本数据对该模型进行了结构方程验证.结果显示,该模型具有一定的合理性.%The succession in the family business includes not only ownership and management right transition but also the intangible entrepreneurs'relation network .Based on the ground theory in the research ,from deep interview and the re-views of existent literatures ,the construction model of factors affecting on network relation dissimilation for family firms'succession is established ,which consists of multidimensional structure ,including family conflict ,core personnel relation-ship ,the guide mechanism for successor ,enterprise growth ,the stability of the senior management team ,network hetero-geneity ,the pan family culture and the relationship ability with the government .Then the model is verified by the sample data of 260 senior executives and family members by structural equation .The results show that the model is reasonable .
