资源有限性制约了中小企业创新能力的提升，通过协同创新突破资源限制成为中小企业创新的新范式。从产业集群视角出发，研究了中小企业协同创新现状，指出中小企业协同创新过程中存在的主要问题。构建了产业集群视角下中小企业协同创新系统，阐述了中小企业协同创新过程，并分别从外部和内部两个方面分析了系统运行机制；最后，以合肥市家电产业集群中小企业协同创新系统构建为例，证实了模型的实践性并提出了相关管理建议。%Limited resources restrict the promotion of the innovation ability of SM Es ,therefore synergetic innovation be‐comes a new innovation paradigm for SM Es as it breaks through resource constraints .From the perspective of industrial cluster ,this paper analyzes the research status of synergetic innovation of the SM Es and points out the main problems in the innovation system ;it establishes the synergetic innovation system of SM Es from the perspective of industrial clusters , elaborates the synergetic innovation process of the SM Es based on the synergetic innovation system ,and analyzes the oper‐ating mechanism from external and internal perspectives of the system ,respectively .Finally ,taking establishing SM Es'synergetic innovation system of household appliances in Hefei city for example ,confirm the practicality of the model and give suggestions for management .
