全球研发网络是由某企业主导，在海外设立研发机构或建立研发合作关系的一种组织方式。在经济全球化背景下，它是企业研发国际化战略的延伸。以韩国三星公司为研究对象，从其构建全球研发网络的动机、切入路径、吸收能力、技术扩散4个方面入手，分析三星公司构建全球研发网络、追赶发达国家企业的经验，归纳出三星公司在构建全球研发网络时从“获取—吸收—改进—创新”到“创新－超越”道路的演变，提出三星公司发展经验对我国企业追赶发达国家企业的启示。%Global R&D network ,which is dominated by the enterprise ,is engaged in setting up R&D institutions or build‐ing the cooperative relationship about the research and development under the background of economic globalization .It is not only an extension of internationalization strategy about the research and development ,but also one of the core elements of the strategy of multinational company .And this paper ,taking the South Korea's Samsung company as an example , from the aspects of motivation ,access ,absorptive ability ,and technology diffusion ,analyzes Samsung's structure of global R&D network and experience on pursuing the enterprises in developed countries ,indicates Samsung's evolution path from"acquisition‐absorption‐improvement‐innovation" to "innovation‐surmounting",and finally points out Samsung's guidance for Chinese enterprises to catch up developed country's enterprises .
