制造型企业商业模式创新与经营绩效关系研究--基于双元能力的视角

摘要

The critical impacts of business model innovation (BMI) on business performance (BP) already arouse wide‐spread attention ,but the understanding on these relationships still need be deepened .On the perspective of ambidextrous competence ,this paper explores the internal relations of BM I and BP in manufacturing enterprises .Basing the empirical data collected from 192 manufacturing SMEs in China ,the findings show that efficiency centered BMI has an inverted U shaped relationship with BP because of efficiency boundary ,but novelty centered BMI has a U shaped relationship with BP on the account of novelty effects .Meanwhile ,the ambidextrous competence positively modulate the inverted U shaped re‐lationship of efficiency centered BMI and BP ,and the U shaped relationship of novelty centered BMI and BP .These con‐clusions deepen the comprehension on the relationship of BMI and BP ,and provide several managerial implications for manufacturing enterprises .%商业模式创新对经营绩效的积极效用得到了广泛关注，但对二者内在逻辑关系的认识仍需深化。基于双元能力视角，探讨制造型企业商业模式创新与经营绩效的内在联系，运用192家制造型中小企业数据分析发现，因效率边界作用，效率型商业模式创新与经营绩效呈倒 U型关系，而由于新颖效应，新颖型商业模式创新与经营绩效关系为 U 型；双元能力在效率型商业模式创新与经营绩效的倒 U 型关系，以及新颖型商业模式创新与经营绩效的 U 型关系中都发挥正向调节效应。
