Nowadays,innovations flourish on new generation of information and communication technology,represented by mobile Internet,big data,cloud computing,and the Internet of things.They are speeding up to influence different industry and operation fields and form a new economic growth area.Hubei is stepping up efforts to progress the construction of smart Hubei.Seizing the opportunity of the Internet and big data as the main content of the development of information technology is the key to control a commanding point of a new round of wisdom development strategy.On the basis of analyzing the trend of Internet and big data promoting the development of the industries at home and abroad,and summarizing the related research outcomes,taking Hubei province as an example,existing problems are pointed out such as the lack of data sharing,benchmarking enterprises,industrial chain collaboration,key techniques,and information infrastructure lag,data security risks.Focusing on these problems and the root causes,pertinent suggestions are proposed from the aspects of policy innovation,key points of industrial development,and market environment construction.%目前以移动互联网、大数据、云计算、物联网等为代表的新一代信息通信技术创新活跃,加速向各行业领域渗透并形成新的经济增长点.湖北省正在加紧推进智慧湖北建设,而紧抓互联网与大数据为主要内容的信息技术发展,是抢占新一轮智慧发展战略制高点的关键所在.在立足国内外互联网与大数据推进产业发展态势、总结相关学者研究成果的基础上,以湖北省互联网与大数据推进产业发展为例,指出当前还存在数据共享不足、数据安全风险、缺乏标杆企业、产业链协同不足、关键技术储备不够、信息基础设施滞后等问题,针对上述问题及问题成因,从政策创新、产业发展着力点下、市场环境建设等方面提出有针对性的对策建议.
