积极心理学视角下优势匹配感对员工创新行为的影响研究

     

摘要

基于积极心理学视角,检验优势匹配感对员工创新行为的影响,探讨促进聚焦和活力的中介作用,以及双元领导风格在其中的调节作用.研究结果表明,优势匹配感对员工创新行为有显著正向影响,促进聚集和活力起着中介作用,前者是优势匹配感影响员工创新行为的动力机制,后者是优势匹配感影响员工创新行为的情绪机制.双元领导风格在优势匹配感和员工创新行为关系间具有调节作用,双元领导风格会增强优势匹配感对员工创新行为的正向影响.%From the perspective of positive psychology,the relationship between perceived organizational support of strength use (POSSU) and employee innovative behavior is explored.Results show that POSSU is positively associated with employee innovative behavior.Promotion focus and vitality of employee are the underlying mediating variable through which POSSU affect employee innovative behavior.Furthermore,the effect of POSSU on employee innovative behavior is stronger when supervisor exhibits a higher level of ambidextrous leadership style.
