国防工业军民融合效益评价研究

摘要

In order to realize highly-efficient development of the military-civilian integration in the national defense industry,it's necessary to deeply analyze and discuss the efficiency of the military-civilian integration itself and its' assessment theoretically.The efficiency of the military-civilian integration in national defense industry mainly includes the national defense efficiency,economic efficiency,social efficiency and the integrated efficiency.It's required to turn to some system of numbers and reasonable and scientific methods to assess the national,economic,social and integrated efficiency.%国防工业是我国军民融合发展的重要领域.因此,国防工业军民融合也是深入实施军民融合发展战略的题中之义和集中体现.从理论上深入分析了国防工业军民融合效益问题,指出国防工业军民融合效益主要体现为军民融合发展的国防效益、经济效益、社会效益,以及综合效益.最后,借助模糊集算法、经济贡献率法、层次分析法,探讨了国防工业军民融合效益评估方法.
