知识密集服务嵌入、跨界搜索与制造企业服务创新关系研究

     

摘要

现有研究表明,嵌入知识密集型服务企业关系网络在制造企业服务化与服务创新过程中具有关键作用,但究竟何种网络嵌入特征能够促进制造企业跨界获取服务创新相关知识进而促进服务创新尚不明晰.基于社会网络理论和组织搜索理论,构建了知识密集服务嵌入、跨界搜索与制造企业服务创新间的理论模型,并利用236家制造企业的调研数据对模型和假设进行实证分析.结果表明,知识密集服务嵌入的4个特征——关系强度、关系质量、关系数量与关系多样性与制造企业服务创新间呈显著的正相关关系,并且跨界搜索在知识密集服务关系嵌入特征的关系强度、关系质量与服务创新的关系间存在部分中介效应,在知识密集服务结构嵌入特征的关系数量、关系多样性与服务创新的关系间存在完全中介效应.%Current studies suggest that relationship with knowledge intensive business service helps manufacturing firms extend the service business and pursue service innovation,but there is lack of clear understanding of what characteristics of embedded knowledge intensive business service network can promote the boundary-spanning knowledge search and thus improve the service innovation performance of manufacturing firms.Based on social network theory and organizational search theory,a theoretical model among embedded knowledge intensive business service network,boundary-spanning search and service innovation are developed.Empirical findings from a sample of 236 manufacturing firms show that,the tie strength,tie quality,network size and heterogeneity of embedded knowledge intensive business service network have a positive effect on service innovation of manufacturing firms;boundary-spanning search acts as a partial mediator between tie strength,tie quality and service innovation,and as a full mediator between network size,heterogeneity and service innovation.
