装备制造业技术协同创新绩效评价及政府作用力仿真研究——基于组合DEA模型和MATLAB仿真模型

     

摘要

By using MaxDEA software, CCR model, BCC model and shadow price analysis are used to construct the combined DEA model to evaluate the technical innovation performance of equipment manufacturing industry.According to the results of the evaluation, the author analyzes the result of the simulation, and divides the equipment manufacturing industry and its sub-industries into the comprehensive force-the complex growth type, the policy incentive force-the steady growth type, the government support Force-fluctuation growth type.Finally, according to the performance evaluation and simulation results, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry and its sub-industries, as well as the further strengthening of the government's force.%运用MaxDEA软件,采用CCR模型、BCC模型和影子价格分析构成组合DEA模型,对装备制造业技术协同创新绩效进行评价.根据评价结果对重要影响因素——政府作用力进行MATLAB仿真,按照政府作用力仿真结果,将装备制造业及各子行业分为综合作用力-复杂成长型、政策激励力-平稳成长型、政府支持力-波动成长型3种类型.最后根据绩效评价和仿真结果分别提出针对装备制造业及各子行业发展,以及进一步加强政府作用力的对策建议.
