我国东中西部地区产业创新、技术创新与组织创新协调性研究

摘要

将创新划分为产业创新、技术创新与组织创新3种类型,构建了产业创新、技术创新与组织创新评价指标体系,比较我国东、中、西部地区的3类创新发展水平,并测度了产业创新、技术创新与组织创新之间的匹配协调程度.研究结果表明:2008-2013年间我国东部地区创新发展水平明显高于中西部地区;东部地区创新之间的协调作用程度主要处于初级协调阶段,而中西部地区创新之间的协调作用程度处于濒临失调或勉强协调阶段,东部地区创新间的协调发展水平明显高于中西部地区.各地区在实施创新驱动战略中,应重视产业创新、技术创新与组织创新之间的匹配性与协调性.%Innovation is divided into three types:industry innovation,technology innovation and organization innovation in this paper.We build the evaluation indicator system about industry innovation,technology innovation and organization innovation to evaluate and compare the developmental level of industry innovation,technology innovation and organization innovation in the East,Middle and West of China and measure the degree of marching and coordination among the subsystems of three innovations.The results show that the developmental level of three innovations in the East is higher than in the Middle and West of China.The degree of coordination among the subsystems of three innovations in the East is in the stage of primary coordination and the degree of coordination among the subsystems of three innovations in the Middle and West is on the verge of disorder or in the stage of barely coordination.The coordinate development level of three innovations in the East is better than in the Middle and West.This paper suggests that these regions should pay more attention to the matching and coordination among industry innovation,technology innovation and organization innovation in the process of implementing innovation-driven strategy.
