为提升既有建筑节能改造主体社会责任共担决策效率,探索影响责任共担决策的关键因素与作用机理,在梳理一般企业履行社会责任影响因素的基础上,构建了节能改造主体社会责任共担影响因素社会网络分析模型.通过调查问卷法获取相关数据,利用Ucinet6软件进行分析.结果表明,社会责任共担过程随影响因素而变化,各因素之间彼此联系.其中,关键因素通过控制和影响其它因素作用于社会责任共担过程,各关键因素的作用方式和作用强度存在差异.%In order to improve the decision-making efficiency of the social responsibility sharing of the existing building energy-saving transformation, and to explore the key factors and the mechanism of the decision-making in social responsibility sharing, this paper constructs the social network analysis model of the factors that affect the social responsibility of energy conservation reform based on combing the influencing factors of the social responsibility in the general enterprises.Use Ucinet 6 software to analyze the relevant data which are obtained by questionnaire.The results show that the social responsibility sharing process changes with the influencing factors, and the factors are related to each other, among which, the key factors can influence the social responsibility sharing process by controlling and influencing other factors, and the mode of action and the intensity of each key factor exist difference.
