自主研发、政府资助政策与产业创新方向--专利密集型产业异质性分析

摘要

分析了自主研发、政府资助政策对产业创新方向的影响。结果发现，自主研发对产业专利创新和新产品创新具有关键作用，政府资助政策对产业专利创新活动起正向调节作用，而对新产品创新活动的影响作用不显著。由于产业异质性，政府资助政策对自主研发与产业专利创新的正向调节作用主要体现在专利密集型产业上。%It studies how independent R&D and government‐funded policy influence the direction of industry innovation .It shows that independent R&D is the key to industrial patent innovation and new‐product innovation .And government‐funded policy regulates industrial innovation activities ,w hich is positive in the industrial patent innovation activities and is not significant in the industrial new‐product innovation activities .Due to the industrial heterogeneity ,the positive regula‐tion of government‐funded policy is mainly reflected in the patent‐intensive industries .
