装备制造业技术协同创新运行机制构建

摘要

This paper points out that the technology synergy innovation is the mode selection and trends of the equipment manufacturing industry technology innovation ,which is on the basis of the analysis of characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry technology innovation .Based on the current problems existing in the equipment manufacturing in‐dustry ,this paper constructs the operation mechanism framework of the equipment manufacturing industry technology synergy innovation ,and w hich it consists of four parts ,respectively is the driving force mechanism ,resource supply mech‐anism ,the dual synergy mechanism and cooperation incentive mechanism .According to the characteristics of the equip‐ment manufacturing industry technology synergy innovation operation mechanism ,this paper puts forw ard the counter‐measures and suggestions to improving the level of the equipment manufacturing industry technical innovation .%在对装备制造业技术创新特点进行分析的基础上，指出技术协同创新是装备制造业技术创新的模式选择和发展趋势。通过对当前中国装备制造业技术协同创新存在问题和不足的深入分析，构建了由驱动力机制、资源供给机制、双元协同机制和合作激励机制4个部分构成的装备制造业技术协同创新运行机制框架。根据装备制造业技术协同创新运行机制的特点，提出了提高装备制造业技术协同创新水平的对策建议。
