中三角城市群与长三角城市群市场一体化及影响因素比较研究

摘要

采用相对价格法和1 246组城市对数据,对1999-2013年中三角城市群和长三角城市群市场一体化程度进行测度与比较分析,运用熵权法构建了复合指标和固定效应模型,对两大城市群市场一体化影响因素进行了实证研究.结果显示:近15年来,两大城市群市场一体化水平均呈上升趋势,但中三角城市群市场一体化水平和进程均滞后于长三角城市群;地方保护主义、经济外向度和交通基础设施是影响两大城市群市场一体化的共同因素.其中,地方保护主义和经济外向度是两大城市群市场一体化的主要障碍,而交通基础设施有利于促进两大城市群市场一体化;信息通达度、经济发展水平和城镇化水平是影响两大城市群市场一体化的差异化因素.其中,经济发展水平和城镇化水平制约了中三角城市群市场一体化,却促进了长三角城市群市场一体化,信息通达度阻碍了长三角城市群市场一体化,却促进了中三角城市群市场一体化.%Based on the relative price method and 1246 groups of cities data, this paper evaluates and compares the degree of market integration of the Central Delta Urban Agglomeration and the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration in 1999-2013.By using the composite index constructed by the entropy method and fixed effect model to study the influence factors of the market integration of the two urban agglomerations.The results show that: over the past 15 years, the level of market integration of the two urban agglomerations showed a rising trend, but the level and the process of market integration of Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration are better than the Central Delta Urban Agglomeration.Local protectionism, economic-oriented degree and transport infrastructure are the common factors that affect the market integration of the two Urban Agglomerations.Local protectionism and economic-oriented degree are the main obstacles to the market integration of the two urban agglomerations, while transport infrastructure promotes the market integration of two urban agglomerations.The accessibility of information, the level of economic development and urbanization are differentiation factors affecting the market integration of two urban agglomerations.The level of economic development and urbanization are conductive to the market integration of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration, but restricted the market integration of the Central Delta Urban Agglomeration.The accessibility of information hinders market integration of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration, but promotes the market integration of the Central Delta Urban Agglomeration.
