企业师徒关系对徒弟工作活力与创新绩效的影响

         

摘要

基于积极情绪理论,研究师徒关系对徒弟工作活力这种积极情绪的作用机制及情绪智力的调节机制.结果显示,师徒关系与徒弟的创新绩效、工作活力显著正相关;工作活力与创新绩效显著正相关;工作活力在师徒关系影响徒弟创新绩效的过程中起完全中介作用;情绪智力在工作活力对创新绩效的影响过程中不具有调节作用.%This study based on the positive emotion theory,exploring the influence of mentoring relationship on job vigor and also the moderate effect of emotional intelligence.The results show that:mentoring relationship has a significant posi-tive effect on innovative job performance and job vigor;job vigor has a significant positive effect on innovative job perform-ance;job vigor fully mediates the process of mentoring relationship affecting the innovative job performance of protégé;e-motional intelligence doesn't play the moderating role between job vigor and innovative job performance.
