上海集成电路创新集群构成要素研究

摘要

上海集成电路集群是我国较为典型的创新集群,目前已经形成完整的产业链,产业规模位居全国之首.分析了上海集成电路创新集群的构成要素,根据各要素在集群中的作用进行系统分类,构建了集成电路创新网络模型,并针对各要素在现有创新集群中所存在的问题提出改进建议.%Shanghai IC cluster is typical of innovation clusters in China. It has formed a complete industrial chain, which industrial scale ranks first in our country. On the basis of analyzing the elements of IC cluster, the paper systematically classifies the elements by its function, which constructs a model of innovation network on IC innovation clusters in Shanghai. After identifying the problems of main elements, it gives some suggestions for improvement.
