社会网络与个体特征对隐性知识共享的影响

             

摘要

在以往对隐性知识共享的影响的研究中,大多是从社会网络或个体特征各自单独的角度出发,而很少将两者相结合研究。在前人的基础上,进一步地从二者相结合的角度研究其对知识共享的影响,其中,社会网络以网络程度中心度作代表,个体特征包括员工自我监控和知识共享能力。经过实证检验得出:网络中心度、自我监控程度和知识共享能力分别与隐性知识共享正相关,同时网络中心度分别在员工自我监控和知识共享能力对隐性知识共享的影响过程中起到中介作用。%Past literatures usually focus on the effects of the social network and individual characteristics on the tacit knowl-edge sharing,but the research of these two dimension’s combination was rare. This paper based on the predecessors’re-search,combined the social network with individual characteristics,among them,the social network variable was replaced by the center degree,and the individual characteristics include employee’ s self-monitoring and knowledge sharing capa-bility. Through an empirical testing,there were some conclusions:network center degree,self-monitoring and knowledge sharing capability were positively related with the tacit knowledge sharing,and at the same time,in the process of knowl-edge sharing,the network center degrees respectively played a mediating role in employee self-monitoring and tacit knowl-edge sharing.
