组织冗余资源对外部知识搜索宽度的影响研究--基于正式与非正式搜索的视角

As the SMEs are actively engaging in open innovation to utilize and exploit external knowledge and technologies, an important research issue is that whether the scarcity of resource will promote or impede their external knowledge search from the sources or actors such as customers,suppliers,competitors,and universities.Based on the perspective of formal and informal search,it explores the impact of organizational slack resource on external search breadth by using a survey of 21 7 manufacturing SMEs in Zhejiang province.The empirical results show that unabsorbed slack resource has significant positive effect on both formal and informal search breadth,and absorbed slack resource also positively impact informal search breadth.%随着中小企业越来越多地利用外部知识和技术于创新活动，一个重要的研究问题是：因“小企业缺陷”而与生俱来的组织资源缺乏会促进还是会阻碍它们的外部知识搜索活动？基于正式－非正式搜索的视角，采用问卷调查方法，以217家浙江中小型制造企业为研究样本，分析了组织冗余资源对外部知识搜索宽度的影响作用，结果发现：未吸收冗余资源对正式搜索宽度和非正式搜索宽度均具有正向的显著作用，而已吸收冗余资源仅对非正式搜索宽度具有正向的显著作用。
