基于专利计量的天津市 LED 产业专利分析及对策研究

摘要

LED Industry is one of the strategic emerging industries of Tianjin.The quality of patents represents the techno-logical superiority,so it is crucial to the rapid growth of Tianjin LED industry.Applying patent bibliometrics ,this article analyses the application status,technol technology life cycle and technical field of LED patents in Tianjin.Then,it exca-vates deeply the development features of patents.And it puts forward countermeasures to promote the quality and level of patents for Tianjin LED industry.%LED 产业是天津市战略新兴产业，而专利水平是技术优势的重要体现，对于天津 LED 产业快速发展至为关键。运用专利计量分析方法，通过对天津 LED 专利申请状况、技术生命周期、技术领域等方面的分析，深入挖掘天津 LED 专利发展特征，并提出提升天津 LED 专利质量和水平的策略。
