浅谈大学教师教学能力的构成要素

摘要

Absract:With the development of the global economy,competition in Comprehensive National Power among countries of the world are growing. Competition among countries is essentially a talent competition, and the same as education system.Because higher education is the key to talent cultivation,so the comprehensive ability of university teachers had a great impact on training qualified personnel. In this paper, by interpreting the concept and connotation of university teachers‘ teaching ability,we suggest the four constituent elements of teaching ability of University young teachers:solid knowledge reserve and knowledge update, teaching skills,interact with people to communicate,and teachingresearch. Therefore,this paper provides a useful exploration to study elements of the teaching ability of university teachers and its development rule.Evenmore,this papermakes a foundation to find the ways and methods of inprovinguniversity teachers ' teaching ability,and to enrich the theory and practice of development of them as well.%随着全球经济的发展，世界各国间综合国力的竞争也在加剧。国家之间的竞争本质上就是优秀人才的竞争，也就是各国教育系统的综合竞争。因为高校教育是优秀人才培养的关键环节，所以高校教师综合能力对培养合格人才有着巨大的影响。该文力通过解读大学教师教学能力的概念和内涵，提出高校青年教师教学能力的四大构成要素：扎实的知识储备及知识更新能力、教学技能、与人勾通交往的能力，以及教学研究能力等要素构成等。因此，该文为研究高校教师教学能力的构成要素及其发展规律提供了有益的探索，也为寻找符合高校教师教学能力成长的路径与方法，丰富高校教师教学能力发展的理论与实践打下基础。
