壳牌煤气化磨煤单元存在的问题及改造方案

SHELL coal gasification technology in China has many successful cases, but the use of lignite as raw material, Datang Duolun coal chemical industry is the first. This paper discusses some questions need attention when using roller mill grinding lignite after drying, Including the solution of mill vibration,coal blockage in coal feeder. All for application of lignite in SHELL coal gasification pave the way in the future%SHELL煤气化技术在中国已有很多成功案例,但使用褐煤作为原料,大唐多伦煤化工尚属首例。本文主旨探讨褐煤经过干燥后使用中速辊式磨煤机研磨时需要注意的问题,其中包括磨煤机震动、给煤机以及碎煤仓底部堵煤、跨煤的问题的解决方案,为以后褐煤在SHELL煤气化的应用做好铺垫。
