钛及钛合金中超低间隙元素分析方法进展

摘要

钛及钛合金中间隙元素分析方法的研究是有色金属中的比较重要的课题。本文重点介绍了分析测定的示差热导法,热导/红外检测法和高频燃烧-红外吸收法,展望了钛及钛合金分析方法的发展趋势。%analytical methods for extra low interstitial elements in titanium and titanium alloys are very important topics in nonferrous metals.This article introduces the analysis and determination of differential thermal conductivity method,conductivity/infrared detection method and high frequency combustion-infrared absorption method;prospect the development trend of analytical method in titanium and titanium alloys.
