加强煤炭企业人力资源管理工作的几点思考

         

摘要

随着我国加入世界贸易组织、国内社会经济多元化、纵深化发展,竞争力直接决定企业能否在新的经济环境中生存和发展。企业发展,人才是关键,谁拥有了人才优势,谁就拥有了竞争优势。人力资源是企业发展最重要的战略资源,企业的竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争。只有拥有了优秀的人力资源,就能够不断地提升企业自身发展能力。本文结合目前企业人力资源管理工作现状,提出了自己的见解。%with China's accession to the world trade organization, the domestic social economic diversity, depth development, competitiveness is directly decided whether the enterprise in the new economic environment for survival and development. Enterprise development, talent is the key,who had talent advantage, who had competitive advantage. Human resource is the enterprise development is the most important strategic resources, enterprise's competition in the final analysis is the competition of talents. Only with the excellent human resources,can continue to improve their own development capacity. Based on the current enterprise human resources management present situation,proposed own opinion.
