胎膜在设计、制造、使用与维修中的几个问题

This article obtained from forging's design,to introduce the fetal membrane selection,the manufacture and the use maintenance method,proposed the fetal membrane in the process of manufacture,through selected the forging die structure and raw material correctly,adopted reasonable forging and the heat treatment craft,will be advantageous in enhances mold's life,reduced the forging cost,raised the production efficiency.%本文从锻件的设计入手,介绍了胎膜的选材、制造及使用维护方法,提出胎膜在制造过程中,通过正确选用锻模结构及原材料,采取合理的锻造和热处理工艺,将有利于提高模具的寿命,降低锻件成本,提高生产效率。
