Analyzes the fault and causes of interference of screw rod tooth produced by universal material testing unit, and proposes eliminating error out of limits in large span, and the means of improving the pass rate with a testing machine.%分析了万能材料试验机产生传动丝杠运动干涉故障及原因,提出消除大量程检定中误差过大假象,提高在用试验机检定合格率的途径。
