群体感应系统及其在乳酸菌生物膜形成中的作用

群体感应是细菌依赖细胞密度进行信息传递的一种行为模式.在乳酸菌中,其生物膜的形成受到群体感应的调控..本文综述了乳酸菌群体感应系统的组成、信号转导机制及其对乳酸菌生物膜形成的调控,以期为提高乳酸菌稳定性的研究提供新思路.%Quorum sensing(Qs) is a behavior model in which bacteria rely on cell density for information transfer.In lactic acid bacteria(LAB),the formation of biofilm was regulated by QS.This article reviewed the component,the signal transduction mechanism and the regulation of QS system in biofilm formation of LAB,in order to provide new ideas for improving the stability of LAB.
