基于手机信令数据的石家庄机场腹地测算

         

摘要

机场腹地是吸引航空公司的原始资本也是规划航空运输网络的前提, 测定机场腹地范围对航空公司、机场管理者、投资者以及政府管理人员都具有重要的意义.利用2018年7月一周的手机信令数据, 测算了石家庄正定国际机场的腹地范围, 并将计算结果与其他测算模型进行对比分析, 研究发现:①河北省是石家庄机场的主要腹地, 北京次之;在市域尺度, 石家庄是核心腹地, 保定排在第二位;在区县尺度, 石家庄市辖区的航空旅客在该机场的客运量中占有较高比重, 其他开设了省内直通车的区县对该机场的客运量也有重要贡献;②进港、出港旅客的空间分布特征在印证上述核心腹地的同时, 表现出明显的综合交通指向性;③基于手机信令数据的机场腹地测算与等时圈法、加权V图、Huff模型法的计算结果进行比较, 前者不仅可以找出机场的核心腹地, 且从数据的客观性以及计算结果的时效性上都有明显的优势.%Insight into the nature and size of the airport catchment area is important. The size of the originating market is a significant determinant of airport performance, in term of its attractiveness to airlines. And the catchment area analysis also helps airport managers and policy makers in the forecasting of passenger demand. Using the cellphone signaling data within one week in 2018 in Shijiazhuang, China, Shijazhuang Zhengding International Airport (SJW) was selected as an example to measure the airport catchment area. The results show that the Hebei Province is the main hinterland of the Shijiazhuang Airport, followed by Beijing; in the city scale, Shijiazhuang is the core hinterland, Baoding ranks second; at the district and county levels, air passengers from the Shijiazhuang municipal district account for a high proportion of passenger traffic at the airport, while other districts that have established direct public transport have also contributed significantly to the airport's passenger traffic. The spatial distribution characteristics of inbound and outbound passengers show obvious comprehensive traffic orientation, in the meantime, confirming the core hinterland mentioned above. Comparing the calculation results of airport hinterland core area delineated based on mobile phone signaling data with those of isochronous circle method, weighted V graph method and Huff model method, it is found that the former can not only find out the core hinterland of the airport, but also has obvious advantages in the objectivity of the data and the timeliness of the calculation results.
