首先介绍了CMOS图像传感器的发展状况,并简单分析了影响其性能的一些因素;然后详细介绍了高填充系数技术和直接成像传感器技术,及其对CMOS图像传感器性能的改善,并对这两种技术的应用做了介绍;最后说明了CMOS图像传感器和CCD图像传感器之间将存在的长期竞争.%The development of CMOS Image Sensor and deficiencies in CMOS APS'S properties are introduced.Then the new technologies of CMOS APS are described.How to improve the performance of CMOS APS by high fill factor technology and direct image sensor technology is set forth in detail,and the applications of these two technologies are described.Finally it forecasts that there is a long-term competition between CMOS image sensor and CCD image sensor.
