热害矿井气流与围岩热交换的数值模拟

     

摘要

为了研究热害矿井中的气流与围岩热交换问题,基于热力学理论建立了气流与围岩热交换的数学模型,并采用METLAB对数学模型进行求解.计算和实验对比结果表明,在通常情况下围岩中温度场和温度矢量的分布是对称的,气流速度会明显影响温度的分布,但不会改变温度场的对称分布状态.巷道的温度会随着气流速度的增加而降低,但并没有急剧减小,因此风速的确定应与矿井通风相结合.%In order to study the heat exchange problem in heat-harm mine, a mathematical model of heat exchange of wind current and surrounding rock is established based on the theory of the thermodynamics. Furthermore, the numerical solution of mathematical model is calculatod by using METLAB. The results of calculation and contrast show that the distribution of temperature field and temperature vector in surrounding rock is symmetric in ordinary condition, and the key of settling high temperature of roadway is to control entrance temperature. The speed of wind current obviously affects temperature distribution, but it doesn't change the symmetric of temperature field. For the temperature field of roadway, temperature decreased by stages in accordance with the speed of wind current, but temperature of tunnel doesn't decrease rapidly with increase of wind speed. Therefore, determination of wind speed should be combined with mine's ventilation.
