A cross-layer resource allocation scheme is proposed for efficiently reducing transmit power. The scheme consists of packet scheduling process and subcarriers and power allocation process. The effective bandwidth which considering the QoS requirements is introduced in the scheduling process. The scheduling depends on the users' effective bandwidth and channel gains. In the subcarrier and power allocation process, the allocation is based on both the data rate which is the result of scheduling, and the channel gains. It can be seen from the simulation results that the scheme efficiently reduces system transmit power.%为了能够更加高效地使用无线资源,提出了一种跨层资源分配方案.该方案由调度过程和子载波与功率分配过程两部分组成.在调度过程中,引入了考虑QoS要求的"等效带宽",以用户的等效带宽和信道增益为依据进行调度;在子载波与功率分配过程中,是以用户在调度后的数据速率和信道增益为依据进行分配.仿真结果表明,这种分配方案能够有效地降低系统的发射功率.
